What?

After finishing his sentence, an ex-convict goes after the once who set him up and killed his brother. If this is not enough a hit man and an almost retired detective are trying to take him down before he finishes his masterpiece. Vengeance will be swift!

Yes?

The idea is not new, an ex con that wants some vengeance is even an old story. The only thing that makes this movie a bit better than his fore comers is the "cool" factor that we got here. In our generation, maybe the fault of MTV, who knows, it’s not enough to kill somebody you need to do it with a shiny car, shiny gun or knife. This is what this movie brings us; it shows us that vengeance is blessed and that it's ok to take justice in your hands. If you ask me this is exactly what should be. I loved the characters and personalities giving to the head figures. The ambitious hit man gets married, to cop gets retired and the ex-con which nothing will stop, the three together with their stories make one fun movie to watch. Thornton and the rock gave a beautiful performance here. This isn't just a stupid action movie.

No?
I said a lot of good stuff; we still have some bad once. First of all I'm not sure with the title, just didn't exactly says it. Secondly we have other characters in the movie that are just there so we have credits at the end of the movie, the wife, the partner, just shouldn't be there. I think that's it. Maybe it was a bit predictable but hey it was good enough.

Well…
The good thing of this movie is the entertainment factor that makes this movie fun to watch, there was a lot of it here. If you want a nice action movie with a nice car you should watch it ,you won't regret it. Because of all the above I grade this one...

Grade 7 out of 10
