Memorable quote: (you have many, I decided on those two, btw both Downey JR.)

Steve Rogers: Big man in a suit of armour. Take that off, what are you?
Tony Stark: Genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist.

&

Loki: What have I to fear?
Tony Stark: The Avengers. It's what we call ourselves, sort of like a team. "Earth's Mighiest Heroes" type thing.

Loki: Yes, I've met them.

Tony Stark: Yeah, takes us a while to get any traction, I'll give you that one. But let's do a head count here: your brother the demi-god; a super soldier, a living legend who kind of lives up to the legend; a man with breath-taking anger management issues; a couple of master assassins, and YOU, big fella, you've managed to piss off every single one of them.

Loki: That was the plan.

Tony Stark: Not a great plan. When they come, and they WILL, they'll come for you.

Loki: I have an army.

Tony Stark: We have a Hulk.

What?
We start this movie already knowing all the major characters, at least if you lived the last 7 years, you know all the heroes and their stories, the only difference is that they are being assembled and being united against one enemy. In short, superheroes assembled issues between heroes, bad guy and world war 3. Yeah, this sums it up.

Yes?
I can say that I waited a long time for this movie. I saw the birth of an idea, transformed into a script, a trailer and finally the movie itself. This whole time I was afraid my expectations will be too high and the fact that all the heroes are packed together is just another angle to view this and make money, well I was wrong. Of course you can’t ignore the money part, but my expectations weren’t too high. This movie rocks, period.

You can continue to read but it is quite simple, the movie is entertaining, exciting and action filled. Hilarious, beautifully done and ...enough with the adjectives you get the point.

One of the good things of this being a sequel to all the other heroes, there is no waste of time in the introduction, there is no wasting of time in labs with spider bites, or gamma radiation,  we get instantly to things we want to see, bad guys, explosions and of course superheroes.

I was afraid that not every hero will get enough screen time, again perfectly done.

I saw it in 3D, not sure it was necessary but it didn't disturb me which is a good beginning. We get a lot of crazy cool slow motions and close ups, beautiful long shots and special effects. Without spoiling anything just think about the freaking weird aircraft carrier. One word; astonishing.

I loved the fact that not everything went easy for the heroes, at some point you see them struggling and being in pain, makes them human I guess.

Last but not least, the actors, some are better than others, but I think I wouldn't just cut someone out, they were all necessary for the movie to work, even though my favorites are ironman and the hulk.

Really last thing, it was funny, seriously funny, some scenes just crack you up.

No?
Honestly only two minor things. I think that our bad guy, wasn't that bad altogether, I wasn't afraid of him and this makes the whole "real" danger for humanity less believable.

Secondly the ending was a bit predictable, I mean of course it is, it’s a hero movie, but the way things went I would have done something different, minor spoiler, independence day.

Well...

What can I say more, this is a great movie, I enjoyed every moment of it and I recommend you to watch it in the movies. Btw this is a great start for the summer movie hit period. Because of all the above I grade this...

Grade: 9 out of 10
